Director Statement

“I heard several news that took place in different regions of Chile, related to the sacrifice and trade of the fruit seasonal workers. I find it equally interesting and contradicting to watch these real workers of the fruit, spread out in landscapes of moving natural beauty, working ten hours a day in conditions that are almost inhuman; no communication, victims of the fear and violence, and even sometimes the assault from the contractors of this industry. I was interested in a film that focuses on the work issue, because is in this place that we spend a great part of our lives and where fears and joys manifest.”
